Guinea pigs are generally housed inside the garage unless
outside housing is requested (and available).
Fresh water and Vitamin C enriched, pellet feed offered daily.
If you prefer, you can bring your own pellet or feed mix in
a labelled, plastic container.
Fresh vegetables and/or fruit are offered daily.
Sweet meadow hay (dust extracted) is given ad lib, morning and evening.
Opportunity to go out on grass in summer months

Bring your guinea pigs and everything they need is here; bowls, bottles and copious amounts good quality meadow hay plus our mix of hard food containing chaff, bran and pellets. If you wish you can bring your own food. Vegetables are distributed once a day in the evening (to much anticipation!)

In winter, the garage door is open in day time and shut at night. The piggies are kept well stocked with meadow hay for warmth, enrichment and essential fibre for teeth.

In summer the garage door is open all the time. Temperatures 25C and above, the guinea pigs don't go out on the grass and the air conditioning is switched on as cavies do not cope well with the heat.
